We generally pursue investments on the West coast, with some focus on East coast properties with local joint venture partners. West coast markets will include the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, Seattle, Las Vegas, the Phoenix area, the Inland Empire, and the Central Valley.
