  • Kipling Partners' Acquisition Programs seek to acquire existing income producing properties of all real estate asset classes: Apartments, Retail, Industrial, Office, and Hotel properties.

  • On a case-by-case basis, Kipling Partners will joint venture on the acquisition of property in locations that require special skills and local experience of a joint venture partner, who will also co-invest with Kipling Partners.
