Stan Rosen

  • Stan Rosen has extensive experience in real estate, primarily in the areas of entitlement, and development. Since 1984, Mr. Rosen has participated in the entitlement and/or development of over 2,600 residential units in California. These projects have generally been in-fill sites requiring rezoning. Working with city staff and community members to address their concerns, all of the entitlement/development projects that Mr. Rosen has pursued were approved. Additionally, each of the development projects for which he has been responsible were completed on time and under budget.

  • Prior to joining Kipling Partners in 2004, Mr. Rosen was Vice President of A. F. Evans Development, Inc., a major west coast development company widely recognized for its expertise in multi-family housing. During his 10 years at A. F. Evans Development, Mr. Rosen was responsible for the successful development of several multi-family projects in northern and southern California, ranging in size from 60 to 450 units, earning two Gold Nugget Awards of Merit from the Pacific Coast Builder’s Conference. Additionally, Mr. Rosen was responsible for the acquisition and rehabilitation of apartment projects needing significant rehabilitation.

  • Preceding his tenure with the A. F. Evans Company, Mr. Rosen was a Senior Project Manager with Prometheus Development Company, a leading San Francisco Bay Area development and construction company recognized for its expertise in developing superior projects in difficult in-fill sites. At Prometheus, Mr. Rosen directed the development of a single-family subdivision in Silicon Valley.

  • Mr. Rosen’s real estate career began in 1984 with Lincoln Property Company, the largest apartment developer in the nation at that time. As a Development Partner in the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Rosen was responsible for the development of over 1,280 new garden-style apartments ranging in size from 152 to 424 units.

  • Mr. Rosen has also been a Partner with Zahler Signatures Homes, and an independent real estate consultant. Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Rosen was a Partner in Wilson, Ihrig & Associates, a nationally recognized acoustical consulting firm.

  • Mr. Rosen’s education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree from Tufts University, a Master’s Degree in Engineering Science from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Harvard University.
